Yvonne Irene (George) Nunn, 64, of St. Clair passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at her home.

Yvonne, daughter of Irvin George and Irene (Williams) was born November 14, 1954 in Washington.

She was an avid gardener, growing flowers and vegetables in her home garden while watching the birds feed. She enjoyed sewing and crafts, most of all she was family-oriented, it meant a lot to spend time with her children, grandchildren and family. She was a people person with a big heart and always loved her friends.

Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Irene George; one sister, Brenda (George) Friend; one brother, David George and her grandson, Dillon Hodges.

She is survived by three children, Tracy Nunn (Doug Hodges) of St. Clair, Lisa Young and husband Lee of Union and Phillip Richard Nunn and wife Jennifer of Anaconda; one sister, Sue (George)Turney and husband Bill of Union; six grandchildren, Dexter Hodges, Colton Hodges and wife Sabryna, Jaiden Hodges, Ardell Young, Avery Young and Adalee Young; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure are preferred.
