Obituary

William T. Gann Sr., 75 of St. Clair, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021 at his home.

On July 9, 1945 William was born to the union of Everett Gann and Ruby (Gray) in Chaffee, Missouri.

William proudly served his country in the United States Army.

William was united in marriage to Marsha (Gleason) on April 22, 1967 in Pilot Knob, Missouri.

He retired from General Motors.

William was a Christian.

He enjoyed fishing, bowling and working on cars. He was also a bit of a craftsman in carpentry and building furniture. Most of all William loved his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Ruby Gann; three brothers, Ernest Gann, Sherman Gann and Jerry Gann; two sisters, Delores Marler and Mary Boughton.

William is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Marsha Gann of St. Clair; son, William Gann Jr. of Battlefield; daughter, Amy Gann and husband Travis Duhr of New Mexico; brother, David Gann and wife Kim of St. Clair; sisters-in-law, Linda Gann of Pacific and Pat Eaves of Ironton; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
