William Allen "Spanky" Spindler of Union, passed away at his residence on Monday, August 29, 2022.

William, son of William "Bill" Spindler and wife Ruth Ann (Rulo), was born on November 30, 1964, in Sullivan.

He attended schools in Richwoods and Potosi and was employed at Missouri Meerschaum Company in Washington for over 10 years.

In his spare time, he enjoyed playing pool, hunting and fishing whenever and wherever he could.  He loved spending time in the outdoors, time with family and friends.

William was preceded in death by his father, William Spindler; mother, Ruth Ann Gloriod and stepfather, Joseph Wayne Gloriod, Sr.; one brother, Billy Spindler.

He is survived by, three brothers, Eddie Gloriod and Kim Wallace of Richwoods, Joe and wife Carolyn Gloriod of Union, and Donnie Spindler of Sullivan: three sisters, Lula Love and husband Kevin of Sullivan, LaDonna Boyer and husband Michael of Sullivan, Kim Foley and husband Jerry of Cadet; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
