William "Wild Bill" H. Sparks, 67, of Eureka passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Sparks, son of the late Marvin Sparks and wife Elizabeth nee Halquist was born December 29, 1949 in St. Louis.

He served his country in the U.S. Navy, Army National Guard and U.S. Army.

Mr. Sparks was employed at Chrysler and retired after 31 years of service.

He was a member of the American Legion and lifelong Elvis fan.

Mr. Sparks was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Martin Sparks.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Sparks of Eureka; his son, Bryan Sparks and wife Niki of St. Augustine, FL; step-son, Justin Bland of Eureka; one brother, Robert Sparks and wife Gail of Los Vegas, NV; one sister, Mary Cunningham and husband Jerry of Owensville; two grandchildren, Taylor and Cameron; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
