William Charles Bay (Bill), 83, passed on April 6, 2023, at his home in St. Clair, Missouri.  He was born April 9, 1939 in Jefferson City, the son of the late Carroll and Pauline Bay of Pacific.  He attended school in Pacific and served his nation in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1963.  He worked in the aerospace industry in the Denver, Colorado area for many years until he retired and moved back to Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Donald Bay. He is survived by his brother Gary Bay and wife Kippi, Pacific; six nieces and nephews and their families.

A private graveside gathering will be held on Friday, August 25, at Midlawn Memorial Gardens, Union.

Arrangements are under the care of Midlawn Funeral Home and St. Louis Cremation.
