William Michael Bahr, 75, of Washington, passed away at his home on Saturday, September 2, 2023.

Michael, son of William Eugene Bahr and wife, Virgie Mae Swann, was born in Murphysboro, Illinois on Thursday, November 27, 1947.  Michael was married to the love of his life, Patricia (Campbell) Bahr, in St Louis on Friday, March 24, 1972.

He served our country in the Marine Corp during the Vietnam Conflict. After his service, he worked as an office manager for Monsanto and Final Clean.

Michael dedicated his life to and cherished the time he had with his wife, children and grandchildren most of all.  He also enjoyed traveling with his wife Patricia to such places as Ireland and Scotland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Virgie Bahr; two brothers, Kevin F. Bahr, David James Bahr; one sister, Pamela K. Smith.

Michael is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia Bahr; three sons, Christopher M. Bahr and wife Stephanie of High Ridge, Sean P. Bahr of Ballwin, Jeffrey Bahr and wife Chrissy of High Ridge; one daughter, Jennifer Loeffel and husband Derek of Labadie; nine grandchildren; one great grandson; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
