Wayne Ball of Bourbon, MO was born July 29, 1944 in Huntsville, AR.; the son of Melvin Ball and his wife, Anna (Lackey).  Wayne passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023 at the age of 79 years.  He was united in marriage to Beverly (DeClue) on August 31, 1984 at First Baptist Church in Union, MO. He was employed at Holcum Machine Shop in AR. for many years before retiring from Precision Rebuilders in St. Clair.  Wayne enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing dominoes with his friends and family.  He was a talented woodworker and was his happiest when tinkering with lawnmowers and other things outside. The time Wayne cherished most was the time spent with his family, friends, and beloved dog, Buttons.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Anna Ball; two sisters: Geneva (Allen) Holcomb and Elsie Plante; and one brother-in-law, Kenneth Eubanks.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Beverly Ball of Bourbon; three daughters: Juanita Haight and husband Kalvin of FL., Christy Brandon of AR., and Patience Walker of FL.; two brothers: Wade Ball and wife Marlene of AR., and Coy Ball and wife Lois of AR.; one sister, Letha Eubanks of OK.; mother-in-law, Evelyn Vanderpool of Gerald; seven grandchildren: Samantha Rodriguez, Tiffany Rodriguez, Christopher Ball, Amber Ball, Courtney Rylas, Cody Rylas, and Hope Moody; eight great-grandchildren: Dalton Ball, Jace Rylas, Anthony Gonzalez, Christian Gonzalez, Sofia Gonzalez, Jailing Baugh, Ave Baugh, and Ares Acosta; brother-in-law, Mark Vanderpool and wife Michelle of Gerald; nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family for funeral expenses in care of Evelyn Vanderpool.
