Viola Mae Voyles nee Koontz, 86 of Lonedell passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Voyles, daughter of the late Fred Koontz and wife Bertha nee Overman was born July 3, 1926 in St. Louis.

Mrs. Voyles liked to spend time with her friends at the St. Clair Senior Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Douglas Voyles; her son, Ken Voyles and one brother, William Koontz.

Mrs. Voyles is survived by one daughter, Tisha Thompson and husband Thomas of Lonedell; two sons, Richard Voyles of Rosewell New Mexico and Douglas D. Voyles and wife Deneise of Imperial; two brothers, Claude Koontz of St. Louis and Frank Koontz and wife Shirley of Dothan, Alabama; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; other relatives and many friends.
