Victoria Bolin-Whittley, 72, of Villa Ridge, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025. She was born on March 1, 1953, daughter of Bufford and Ruth Adams.

Victoria attended the St Louis Police Academy and served the City of St Louis as a police officer 1983-1985. She was then employed at Lever Brothers as a security officer, where she met her husband, Delmar Whittley. They were married at Antioch Baptist Church in Chesterfield on October 28, 2000.

She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Chesterfield. In her spare time, she enjoyed interior decorating, watching horror movies, and being with her dog, Sweet Pea.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bufford and Ruth Adams; brother, Bufford DeWayne Adams.

Victoria is survived by her husband, Delmar "Del" Whittley of Villa Ridge; son, Donald Bolin of St. Clair; daughter, Madison Loguiratto and husband Jonathan of South Carolina; granddaughter, Chersea Bolin of Villa Ridge; canine companion, Sweet Pea.
