Veronica "Roni" Sue Fowler nee Collier, 62 of Union passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at her home.

Mrs. Fowler, daughter of Arthur B. Collier Jr. and wife Enola M. nee Ruffner was born November 7, 1953 in Saline, Kansas.

On June 22, 1996 she was united in marriage to Lawrence Fowler Jr. in Washington.

She was of the Christian Faith and faithful member of the Presbyterian Church of Washington.

Always known to be friends with everyone, her kind and loving sole touched many lives.

Mrs. Fowler was preceded in death by her father, Arthur B. Collier and her husband, Lawrence Fowler Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Goldie Fleming and friend Jeff Sawlsville of Union; her mother, Enola Collier of Owensville; one brother, Danny Collier of Owensville; one sister, Pamela Sheppard of Union; five grandchildren, April, Sydney, Lucian, Taylor and Nick; great-granddaughter, Aaliya; aunts and uncles, Geraldine Price of Owensville, Mary Enloe of Columbia, Doris Collier of Wentzville, Wilma (James) Stevenson of Rolla, Ronald (Billy) Collier of St. Charles; brother-in-law, Wayne Fowler of California; nieces and nephews, Audrey Sheppard of Gravois Mills, Sara (Todd) Brown of Union, Jamey (Jodyn) Sheppard of Columbia and Emily (Ray) Perry of California; great-nieces; great-nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
