Tonya Charlene Modglin, 35 of St. Louis passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in St. Louis. She was born June 12, 1980 in St. Louis. Tonya was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Betty Robinson and Donald and Virginia Modglin. She is survived by her son, Cody Modglin; her parents, Stephen Modglin of St. Clair and Debra Deering and husband Steve of St. Louis; one brother, John Modglin and fiancé Christy Roderick of House Springs; one sister, Stephanie Modglin and fiancé Mike Price of Fenton; her grandmother, Edna Deering of Valley Park; nieces; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
