Tommy Modglin, 26 of Union passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 in Washington. Tommy, son of James Modglin and DeAnn nee Baker was born March 26, 1988 in Jacksonville, Florida. Tommy had a passion for music. As an inspiring Musician he made songs for family and friends and was a member of The God Particle Band based out of Union. In his spare time he enjoyed a day at the river with his children and friends. He was a loving father that cherished the time spent with his children. Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Frank Benner; his sister, Kayla Benner; and grandparents, Edward and Nancy Modglin, Rick Baker and Elouise Benner. He is survived by four children, Alice Modglin, Scarlett Modglin, Wesley Modglin and Ethan Robins; his parents, James Modglin of Luebbering and DeAnn Berger of Jacksonville, Florida; soulmate , Whitney Robins of Union; two brothers, Daniel Modglin and Devin Berger; one sister, Melissa Benner; grandparents, Miriam "Bunny" Baker, Ernest Hartless and Wayne Benner; two brothers-in-law, Derrick Schindler and Blake Schindler; sister-in-law, Rylee Schindler; aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
