Tina Louise Rigger nee Williams, 55 of Desoto passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014 in St. Louis. Ms. Rigger was born March 9, 1959 at Festus, daughter of Truman "Stanley" Williams and Hulda "Jackie" Harter. She graduated Herculaneum High School Class of 1977. Later she furthered her education at Maryville University receiving a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Business Administration and graduating in 2003. Ms. Rigger worked as a Financial Advisor for A.G. Edwards in St. Louis for 25 years. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Festus. Ms. Rigger was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by three sons, Clinton Rigger and wife Natasha of Festus, Nathan Rigger and girlfriend Annie Beach of Bridgeton and Zack Rigger of Desoto; one daughter, Steffanie Rundel of Festus; one brother, Dennis Williams of Desoto; three sisters, Linda LaBrot and husband Bob Crystal City, Carla Kuehn of Crystal City and Lisa Dye and husband Jack of Potosi; seven grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
