Thomas Michael Stanfield, 53, passed away on February 21, 2023 after a lengthy battle with Guillain-Barre Syndrome and throat cancer.  He ran a good race.  A courageous warrior.  Suffered much, but did not complain.  Now he celebrates THE VICTORY!

Thomas is survived by his parents, Dennis and Penny Stanfield of Washington, MO; his brother, Tim Stanfield and wife Marla of Frisco, TX; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He served his country in the United States Army during the Gulf War.

Thomas lived a full life and was enchanted with the world God created.  His hobbies included hiking and camping, fossils, horticulture, aquariums, dogs, coins, sports, and baseball cards.

Those wishing to attend the service are urged to meet behind the administration building at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery no later than 12:45 pm.
