Theresa Ann Hermann of Union, MO was born September 29, 1962, in Kettering, United Kingdom; the daughter of Richard Hermann and his wife, Antoinette (Barataud).  Theresa passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at the age of 62 years.

Theresa came from an Air Force family and traveled the world.  She lived in England, Iran, Spain, and Germany and adapted the many changes with aplomb.

Theresa received her education from Silver Sands School in Ft. Walton, FL.  She was employed as a cafeteria worker at Mineral Wells High School and a teacher's aide at Lamar Elementary, both in Mineral Wells, TX. She also volunteered at Mineral Wells Senior Center until her feet hurt and then she was ready to retire.  Theresa was a kind soul with a wonderful sense of humor and a smile for everyone.  She enjoyed embroidery and making latch hook rugs.  She had a true passion for art, and a lot of that was due to the love and support she received from her beloved art teacher, Eileen Wade.  Theresa loved to give her paintings to others and would never take any money for them, as she cherished sharing them.  She brought love and laughter to those who were lucky enough to know her, and she will be greatly missed.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Richard Hermann.

She is survived by her mother, Antoinette West of Union; her two "handsome brothers", Steve Hermann and wife Gloria of Colombia, South America, and Phil Hermann and wife Fabiola of FL; her sister, Vela Hermann and husband Chris of St. Louis; nieces, nephews, and many other friends.
