Teresa D. Benton of Sullivan, MO passed away peacefully at home on Friday, August 11, 2023 at the age of 62 years.

She was united in marriage to Curtis Benton on August 23, 1985.  Teresa was very talented, and particularly skilled in gardening, photography, and any craft she could find.  She cherished spending time with her family and friends, and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Teresa was preceded in death by her grandmother, Rosemary Cook.

She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Curtis Benton of Sullivan; two sons: Joshua Benton and wife Jessica of Sullivan, and Jeremie Foster and wife Susanne of IN; two daughters: Deserea Kilburn and husband Daniel of Germany, and Felecia Crooks and husband Justin of Fenton; nine grandchildren: Hunter Benton, Paisley Benton, Kinsley Kilburn, Harper Benton, Asher Kilburn, Colton Benton, Ophelia Kilburn, Kate Foster, and Emily Foster; two brothers: Ron Ginger of VA, and Peter Booth of U.K.; parents-in-law, Barbara and Kenneth Benton of Sullivan; in-laws: Kathy Montgomery and husband Chance of FL, Dan Benton and wife Tina of Warrenton, and Mike Benton of Sullivan; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials in honor of Teresa Benton can be sent to the American Cancer Society.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
