Tavia Krueger
March 19, 1988 - January 21, 2025
The following obituary has been provided by the family.
Tavia was the daughter of Gregory Brown and Faye Cobb. Born in New Hampshire, raised in Missouri along with her two sisters, Sonya and Tisha. Tavia graduated from Linn High School already a mother to her son Levi. Tavia met the man she loved so much Kurtis Krueger and then they were married. Two more children both daughters Brooklyn Krueger and Shaylyn Krueger and all three were carefully named by her and her choice couldn't be changed. Her son named after her father and daughters after her mother and middle sister, Tisha still so important to her cause she was the baby and Tavia's protective side showed always for her little sister. Tavia loved doing makeovers, a total transformation from head to toe and even then it didn't end there until you put on the full fashion show. Satisfied after many selections of outfits to match her makeover master piece she would say I love it! Her smile backing up her statement. A Sunday drive to make gram happy Tavia sitting next to her mom and sisters trying to show her wits against her dad at games like what kind of car is that or what's song is playing showed her talent and master skills she was determined to win against her dad as she answered with confident answers to games she played with ease. Being a wife and bringing three perfect children into this world was the happiest days and was her proudest moment all the way to the end of this life.
Surviving family members are her mother, Faye Cobb of St. Clair; her husband, Kurtis Krueger of Sullivan; three children: Levi Crane, Brooklyn Krueger, and Shaylyn Krueger all of Linn in the care of her Aunt Leanna Chambers and Brenda Rosecrans; two sisters: Sonya Brown Terry and husband James Terry of Linn, and Tisha Brown of Colorado; grandfather, Lawerence Bown, Sr. of Morrison; four nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Tavia was preceded in death by her father, Greg Brown, and two grandmothers: Joanna Bowne and Eugenia Arlen.
Tavia's Life Celebration will be held at a later date when the weather is warmer to share memories and stories and for her family and friends to gather together. Date, time and location will be decided and announced on Sonya's Facebook Page when they set a date. Tavia will be cremated and Necklaces will be made for Tavia's close family members from her ashes as a contribute from her sister Sonya and the remaining ashes will be lay to rest by her Uncle Lawerence Bowne Jr. in a private burial.
Any donations or flower arrangements will go to Tavia's children.
Please don't feel guilty.
I was chosen, it's my time to go.
I see you are feeling sad.
I can see the tears starting to flow.
My life's journey ended early,
the time I spent seemed too short.
I haven't really left the people I love,
I'm closer than you know I'm in the colors and a beautiful sunset.
I'll be everywhere you go.
One day You will see.
I felt every bit of love,
that the loved one sent to me. When your time on earth is done, that day you will understand, because when your time is over, I'll be the one waiting…waiting to take your hand.
