Tammy D. Bell (Hall), 63, of Union, passed away, Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at her home.

On October 13, 1958, Tammy was born to the union of James Hall and Mary (Thomas) in Alton, Illinois.

Tammy graduated from Valley Park High School in 1977.

She worked for many years as a dietitian at several nursing homes in the area, most recently at Sunset Health Care Center in Union for almost 7 years.

Tammy was a very family-oriented person and absolutely cherished the times when the whole family gathered for a reunion or special event. She loved watching her soap-operas and music videos. Tammy also enjoyed camping and dancing. Most of all Tammy loved her family and her grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary Hall; three brothers, James Alan Hall, Richard Hall and Kevin Hall; two sisters, Debbie Shelton and Diana Hodges; husband, Steven Bell; in-laws, Oscar and Glenda Bell.

Tammy is survived by her three sons, Tony Nelson and wife Julie of Union, Cody Nelson of Union, Joshua Nelson and significant other Crystal Hanna; one daughter, Tonya Nelson and significant other Josh Brandt of St. Clair; one brother, John Hall and wife Pamela of High Ridge; one sister, Tracey Kathcart of Farmington; ten grandchildren, Jaylyn, Jason "Bubba", Tyler, Aaron, Conner, Bentley, MaKenna, Noah, August and Jordan; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
