Susan Gail Recsnik (Murphy) of Union, MO passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the age of 79 years.

Sue was united in marriage to Fred Recsnik on January 24, 1969 in Webster Groves, MO and two sons blessed their marriage.  She was a member of Crestwood Christian Church in Crestwood, MO.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband Fred Recsnik on June 20, 2020; her parents, Pat and Louise Murphy; one brother, Mike Murphy; and one great-grandson, Sterling Hasenbeck.

She is survived by two sons: Steven Recsnik and wife Rebecca of Union, and Kevin Recsnik and fiancée, Rhonda Feldpausch of Overland; four grandchildren: Mallory Recsnik and fiancé Andrew Bradberry, Grace Hasenbeck and husband Warren, Zack Recsnik, and Logan Recsnik; one great-granddaughter, Audrey Hasenbeck; and many other relatives and friends.

A private graveside burial will be held for family.
