FROM BECKY:
💔"Life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer you get to the end, the faster it goes" - Steven Lieser.
The world lost an amazing man early this morning. He was the best story teller, he was generous to a fault and he instilled in his children the value of hard work and perseverance, and he loved his family fiercely. He taught me how to bait a hook, drive a go-kart, and bet the don't pass line. He was the first man I ever loved and I will miss him terribly.
I wish you all could have known this man. He would have made you laugh till you cried and he would have loaned you the shirt off his back. We find comfort in the fact he is no longer suffering.
To the friends and family who came to visit him in his final days, weeks, months, you made him so happy just with your presence.
To our local friends, arrangements are being made for a celebration of life and we would love for you to come and share your stories and memories of my dad.💔
FROM KATIE:
The world lost an amazing man today. He made us laugh, made the best memories, gave us the most amazing childhood, was the best pop-pop to his granddaughters, supported us, comforted us and never missed a chance the chance to tell us how proud he was of us, up until the very end! I will miss him with all of my heart but I am so blessed to have had the very best daddy and that so many people were able to experience his laughter and stories! I love you dad! You will be so very missed💔❤️
