Startina Renee Harland (Schmitz), 43 of Sullivan, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Evelyn's House in Creve Coeur.

Startina, daughter of Danny Schmitz and Mary Ann Hall, was born September 7, 1978, in Wood River, Illinois.

She attended school at St Clair, Missouri.  She was a homemaker and mother who loved her devoted service dog Coco..

Startina was preceded in death by her father Danny Schmitz.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Ann Hall of Washington; her husband, Richard Harland of Sullivan; one daughter, Candice Harland of Sullivan; four sons, Andrew Hall of Washington, William Harland of Sullivan, Aaron Ratterree of Mountain Grove and David Ratterree of Mountain Grove; two grandchildren; aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
