Sherry Lynn (Howell) Siskind, 60, of Washington, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Sherry was born August 3, 1965, in Athens, Ohio; the daughter of Daniel Howell Sr. and Millie (Cullison) Jackson.

As a devoted mother of four and grandmother of six, Sherry was a constant source of love and care to those around her. She was very creative and enjoyed decorating her home to the max for all seasons. Sherry enjoyed listening to music, shopping, and antiquing. She also loved all things pink. The time she cherished most was the time spent with her loved ones, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sherry was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Howell, Sr.; and one brother, Daniel Howell, Jr.

She is survived by her mother, Millie Jackson, of Union; four children, Courtney Smith and husband DJ, of Union, Chris Douglas and wife Nicole, of Union, Cassie Smith and husband Jacob, of Union, and Max Siskind and fiancée Tracy Nitschke, of Beaufort; one brother, John Howell, Sr., and wife Jean, of Beaufort; six grandchildren, Emma Douglas, Ashlyn Douglas, Savannah Smith, Stevie Smith, Amelia Smith, and Noah Smith; niece and nephew, John Howell Jr. and significant other, Taylor Helm, and Jasmine Howell; great-nieces, Paisley Howell and Preslynn Howell; special friend, Brad Hoeman, of Washington; and many other relatives and friends.

A private family burial will be held in Athens, Ohio.
