Shawn M. Jackson, 47, of St. Clair, passed away Friday, April 9, 2021 in Washington.

On February 12, 1974 Shawn was born to the union of Danny Jackson and Karen (Trentmann) in Washington.

Shawn attended Washington High School.

He worked as a mechanic as well as in construction.

Shawn was a member of Real Life Church in St. Clair.

He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting for animals and mushrooms, fishing and boating on the river. Shawn also loved motorcycles and four wheeling. Most of all Shawn loved his family.

Shawn was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; Lester Trentmann, Thomas Jackson and Ruby Allen.

He is survived by his children, Gracie Jackson of St. Clair and Kyler Jackson and fiancé Cassidy Furkin of Texas; girlfriend, Heather Gentry of St. Clair; mother, Karen Jackson and boyfriend Thomas Zurkammer of Union; father,  Danny Jackson and wife Bonnie of Moscow Mills; sister, Kimberley McCurdy and husband Michael of Villa Ridge; one granddaughter, Novalee Jackson of Texas; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many, many friends.
