Shawn Roderick Allen of Hillsboro, MO passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 7, 2024 at the age of 48 years.  Shawn, the son of Roderick Allen and his wife, Sharon (Stone), was born August 3, 1975 in St. Louis, MO. He received his education from Hillsboro High School, graduating with the class of 1993, before receiving his associate degree in massage therapy.  Shawn loved riding and tinkering with motorcycles.  He also enjoyed singing, dancing, and spending time with his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.

Shawn was preceded in death by his father, Roderick Allen.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Allen of Pacific; one daughter, Makenzi Allen of Hillsboro; one brother, Shane Allen and wife Seana of Eureka; one sister, Alicia Ruessing and husband Joseph of Pacific; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials in honor of Shawn Allen can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
