Sharon Singleton nee Jett, 70, of Union passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Singleton, daughter of Milford Jett and wife Esther nee Thompson was born January 13, 1947 in Washington, Missouri.

Ronnie and Sharon recently celebrated fifty-one years of marriage on December 23rd.

Sharon started her career at Brown Shoe in Union, the St. Clair License Office and later went onto be the Office Manager for the St. Clair Chamber of Commerce and Home Health Service in St. Clair.

A very proud moment in 1990, Sharon was awarded St. Clair's Citizen of the Year.

She was of the Christian Faith and attended the Church of Christ in St. Clair.

Sharon was known as a dog lover and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Singleton was preceded in death by her parents, Milford and Esther Jett.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Singleton of Union; three children, Bryan Singleton and wife Chrystie of Lexington, S.C., Michelle Kreutz and husband Tony of Union and Tim Singleton and wife Connie of Springfield, MO; six grandchildren, Jacob Kreutz, Kaitlyn Kreutz, Gavin Singleton, Jennifer Singleton, Allison Singleton and Grant Singleton; other relatives and many friends.
