Seth Connor Riley, 27, of Washington, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

On August 11, 1995, Seth was born in Columbus, Ohio.

Seth enjoyed playing video games, fishing and camping. He was a coffee fanatic which came in handy when playing late night games. One of his favorite fandoms was "The Mandalorian". Most of all, Seth loved his family and friends very much and was the most helpful person. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his parents, Damon & Suzanne Highley of Washington, his mother, Leslie Phillips; maternal grandfather, Gary Riley and significant other Hisae "Betty" Lucas of Ohio; nine brothers, Brad Highley of Washington, Deandre Highley of Washington, Brandon Highley of New Haven, Richard Thompson and significant other Taylor Eaton of New Haven, Logan Highley of Washington, Justin Highley of Washington, Damon Highley Jr. of Washington, Jered Johnson of Washington and Matthew Wishon of Washington, two sisters, Summer Riley of Branson and Destiny Highley of Washington; very close friends, Ela Jensen of Washington and Josh Reeser of Washington; other relatives and many friends.
