Ruth Ann Richards nee Moore, 68 of Gerald passed away Sunday June 9, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Richards, daughter of the late James Moore and wife Dorothy nee Williams was born October 13, 1944 in St. Louis.

On July 1, 1971 she was united in marriage to Eddie Richards at Old Mines, Missouri. She owned and operated Eddies Gun Shop in Richwoods, Missouri with her husband Eddie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Dorothy Moore; her husband, Eddie Richards; her son, Paul Richards and two sisters, Rose Gosen and Helen Butler.

Mrs. Richards is survived by her daughter, Cathy Thurmon and husband Joe of Gerald; four brothers, Carlis Moore, Frank Moore, Paul Moore and Jerry Moore; two sisters, Violet Anderson and Bonnie Hagedorn; six grandchildren, Dakota Richards, Kaitlyn Thurmon, Michael Johnson, Gabriel Johnson, Jessica Johnson and Scott Thurmon; other relatives and many friends.
