Rosemary Petty, of Washington, Missouri, passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 81.

She was born on March 8, 1945, in Holcomb, Missouri, the daughter of Herbert Delaney and Euwanna (Wilhelm) Delaney.

Rosemary was united in marriage to George Petty on March 19, 1964. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her son, Don Petty of Washington, Missouri; daughter-in-law, Michelle Spencer of Arnold, Missouri; sister, Barbara Woodall of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; along with many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who will dearly miss her.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Leanne Petty; brother, Everett Delaney; and sister, Beverly Poindexter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
