Rosemary Berg-Smit nee Kley, 84 of Villa Ridge passed away Saturday, December 12, 2009 in Washington.

Mrs. Berg-Smit, daughter of the late Sylvester Kley and wife Edna nee Fusch was born July 8, 1925 in St. Louis, Missouri.

She graduated from Cleveland High School in 1943.

Mrs. Berg-Smit is survived by her daughter, Joyce Berg-Walker and husband Mickey of Villa Ridge; her grandson, Morgan Babbitt of Union; her cousin, Lisa Linke of Crestwood; dear friend, Sandy Yashuk of Union; other relatives and many friends. A memorial visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at Midlawn Funeral Home, Union.
