Rose Marie Loyd nee McGee, 68, of Union passed away Monday, January 8, 2018 at her home.

Mrs. Loyd, daughter of Edward McGee and wife Bessie nee Meyer was born March 21, 1949 in Catawissa.

On October 18, 1968 she was united in marriage to Leslie Loyd at the Methodist Church in Leslie.

She was a member of the Pacific Eagles and Missouri Retreads Motorcycle Association. She was the past Treasurer and member for the Ozark Roadrunners in Union.

As an avid camper, Rose enjoyed planning family camping trips and reaping the benefits of her work.

She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Loyd was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Bessie McGee; five brothers, Edward McGee, Richard McGee, Patrick McGee, Albert McGee and William McGee and four sisters, Sibyl Zweifel, Alvena Fiebiger, Catherine Laubinger and Edna Zweifel.

She is survived by her husband, Leslie Loyd of Union; her daughter, Angie Rogers and husband Keith of Union; one brother, Bob McGee and wife Judy of Washington; two sisters, Janet Laubinger and husband Clarence of Union and Helen Laubinger of Beaufort; two grandchildren, Brittany Rogers and Nick Rogers; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
