Ronald "Ron" Lynn Howell of St. Clair, MO passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2023 in the comfort of his home at the age of 72 years.  Ron was born May 19, 1951 in Howell, MI; the son of Frank Howell and his wife, Mary (Toomey).  He graduated from St. Clair High School in 1970 and earned his Mechanics Certification from Four Rivers Career Center in Washington.  Ron was united in marriage to Donna (Stahlman) in 1973 and one daughter blessed their union. He was a member of Green Mound Baptist Church in St. Clair.  Ron was known as a "jack-of-all-trades".  He loved cars, whether it be working on them or rebuilding them.  He was a leathersmith, specializing in saddle repair, a gun enthusiast, and an avid collector of basically everything.  Ron was also an animal lover, especially dogs, mules, and horses.  The time Ron cherished most was the time spent with his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Howell; and one sister, Sherry Munsell.

Ron is survived by his wife, Donna Howell of St. Clair; one daughter, Corey Culp and husband Adam of Union; and many other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the KC Hall in St. Clair, MO.
