Roger Hopper, 61 of Lonedell passed away Monday, October 22, 2012 in St. Louis.

Mr. Hopper, son of Ernie and Leatrice Hopper was born January 16, 1951 in St. Louis.

On September 28, 1969 he was united in marriage to Brenda Lewis in Grover, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernie and Leatrice Hopper; his daughter, Kristine Dothage in 2006; and foster son, Jeff Dube.

Mr. Hopper is survived by his wife, Brenda Hopper of Lonedell; two brothers, Glen Hopper of Gray Summit and Gerald Hopper of Mineral Point; two sisters, Alene Warfield and husband Butch of Poplar Bluff and Carol Sullivan and husband Wayne of South Carolina; three grandchildren, Danny Hopper, Dakota Hopper and Dusty Dothage all of Lonedell; two great grandchildren, Amara Marie Hopper and Wyatt Suntrup; son-in-law, Joe Dothage and significant other Kim Philippi and their son Ryder Dothage; foster children, Ed Thompson and wife Nina, Benji Wofford and wife Shannon, Shandi Hawkins and husband Jeremy, Miles Leath and wife Pokie, Kim Crowell and husband Dave, Cindy Nelson and Becky Horton; foster grandchildren, John and Michael Wofford, Michael, Andrea and Erin Hawkins, Brian and Trevor Dube, Devon Bardot Ashley, Brian and Thomas Nelson; foster great-grandchild, Zoey Szyhowski; foster daughter-in-law, Amy Dube; numerous other foster children and foster grandchildren.
