Robert "Bob" Strube of Sullivan, Missouri, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the age of 90 years. Bob was born December 18, 1934, in Montgomery County, Missouri; the son of Albert Strube and his wife, Alice (Penitdexter).

Bob worked as a welder until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid hunter. He loved his family, found much enjoyment in life, and cherished the time spent with those he loved.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Alice Strube; his wife, Geneva (White) Strube; one son, James Strube; three brothers, Melvin Strube, Marion Strube, and Dale Strube; one grandson, Logan Whisenhunt; and special friend, Jean.

He is survived by six children, Shonna Masters and husband Matt, of Union, Teresa King and husband Chris, of Bourbon, Jim Strube and wife Brooke, of Sullivan, Cindy Strube, of Hawaii, Allison Strube, of Sullivan, and Ashley Strube, of Washington; twenty-nine grandchildren, Jordon Whisenhunt, Chloe (Jesse) Snodgrass, Lyle Masters, Samantha (Austin) Miller, Alexis (Andy) Miller, Morgan (Lucas) Chaudhry, Jager (Lily) Miller, Ian (Abby) King, Jakx Strube, Ryker Strube, Trevor Carey, Haleigh Wright, Trinity (Cameron) Wolf, Reaghan Rector, Bayleigh Rector, Emersyn Rector, Addison Murphy, Drake Murphy, Kierstyn Kelley, Zora Spindler, Jovie Spindler, Elijah Spindler, Annette Goede, Christina Strube, James Michael Strube, Kevin Strube, Zachary Strube, Daniel Strube, and Christopher Rector; ten great-grandchildren, Logan, Auggie, Ezra, Lola, Harrison, Nala, Charlotte, Peyton, Ethan, Kinzleigh, and Lainey; two siblings, Lee Strube and wife Priscilla, of Columbia, and Faye Colter, of New Haven; nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
