Robert "Bob" Boyd, 67, of Maplewood passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 in Richmond Heights.

Bob, son of Clyde Boyd and wife Norma (Zimmerman) was born July 8, 1954 in Evansville, Indiana.

Bob served his country in the United States Army receiving a honorable discharge for his services.

He was a Master Carpenter and member of the Carpenter's Union Local 93 in St. Louis.

Bob will always be remembered as a great husband and friend.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Norma Boyd.

He is survived by his wife, Sheryl Boyd of Maplewood; two sons, Dustin Ries and wife Chris of Chesterfield and Bob Boyd of Illinois; two step-daughters, Kim Savage and husband Rob of Pacific and Kandi Wolf and husband Scott of Pacific; two sisters, Cindy Pettus Catawissa and Phyllis Hedrick and husband Larry of Catawissa; seven grandchildren, Gavin Ries, Mason Ries, Aiden Ries, Savannah Ries, Riley Boyd, Emma Boyd and Maxton Boyd; his beloved dog, Duke, nieces, nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to a charity of the donor's choice are preferred.
