Robert Kopf, Sr., 69 of St. Clair passed away Friday, February 20, 2009 in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

Mr. Kopf, son of the late Lawrence Kopf and wife Myrtle nee Stevens was born August 4, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri.

He was united in marriage to Betty Jane nee Kleweis.

Mr. Kopf was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty Jane Kopf; two sisters, Betty Kopf and Evelyn Dalton; stepdaughter, Debbie Kopf.

He is survived by one son, Robert Kopf, Jr. and wife Catherine of Union; one daughter, Robin Tyree and husband Ryan of St. Clair; seven stepchildren, John Kopf and wife Jean of St. Clair, Bill Kopf and wife Janice of St. Clair, Rick Kopf and wife Beverly of St. Clair, Larry Kopf and wife Lisa of St. Louis, Karen Yarbrough and husband Bobby of Richwoods, Sherry Lackey and husband Steve of St. Clair and Terri Coxie and husband Thomas of St. Clair; one brother Harold Kopf of St. Clair; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
