Ricky Carl Sparks, 66, of St. Clair passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 in St. Clair.

Ricky, son of Carl Sparks and wife Dorothy (Lough) was born August 21, 1954 in Washington.

He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force receiving an Honorable Discharge.

On June 11, 1988 he was united in marriage to the love of his life Tammy (Fowler) in St. Clair.

He enjoyed any kind of fishing especially Catfish, most of all he loved to spend time with his grandchildren.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Dorothy Sparks; his wife, Tammy Sparks and two brothers, Ronald Sparks and Douglas Sparks.

He is survived by three children, Ashley Sparks of St. Clair, Tiffany Johnston and husband Randy of St. Clair and Michael Fowler and wife Jamie of Centralia, IL; two sisters, Delores Missey and husband Larry of Union and Kathy Blackwell of Union; ten grandchildren, Collin, Brooklynn, Elijiah, Juniper, Joey, Caleb, Leah, Madison, Annie and Tyson; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
