Ricky John Rott of Sullivan, MO passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024 at the age of 67 years.  Ricky was born in Washington, MO on March 1, 1956; the son of Otto Rott and his wife, Agnes (Kandlbinder).  He was united in marriage to Sarah (Woods) on May 25, 1979 in Shelbyville, TN. and four children blessed their union. Ricky was a past firefighter with the Bland Fire Department in the 1990's.  He enjoyed building things with his hands, tinkering outside, and spending time with his family and friends.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Agnes Rott.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Sarah Rott of Sullivan; three sons: Eric Rott and wife Dorota of Birmington, WA, Philip Rott and wife Megan of Gerald, and Derek Rott of Sullivan; one daughter, Leslie Lee of Belle; four brothers: Glen Rott of MO, Frank Rott of Washington, Fred Rott and wife Charlene of Kokomo, IN, and Alan Rott of Washington; one sister, Shirley Struttmann of Washington; eight grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
