Raymond "Buddy" Young Jr., 78, of St. Clair passed away suddenly Friday, July 17, 2020 in Creve Coeur along with his wife, Euvalda Young a short time earlier.

"Buddy" son of Raymond Young Sr. and wife Verna (Reiser) was born December 26, 1941 in St. Louis.

On January 20, 1960 he was united in marriage to Euvalda Sullivan in Illinois.

Buddy was a long-time employee at Chrysler in Fenton until his retirement and member of the United Auto Workers Union. He worked as a Certified EMT in St. Clair as well.

He was a Mason and member of the Masonic Lodge in Robertsville.

Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Verna Young Sr.

He is survived by three, daughters, Tami Getman and husband Gary of St. Clair, Sheila Cartwright and husband Terry of Sullivan and Patty Brockelmeyer and husband Tom of Shrewsbury; one brother, Doanld Young and wife Kay of St. Charles; six, grandchildren, Robbie Bailey Jr. and wife Cait, Calvin Pentland and wife Carolynn, Allison Pentland, Tom Brockelmeyer Jr. and wife Jamie, Nathan Brockelmeyer and Amanda Friedhoff and husband Mitchell; one great-grandson, Trenten Bailey; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to the Franklin County Humane Society are preferred.
