Paula Elise Parmer, passed away at her home in Pacific, on May 25, 2024, at the age of 56. She was born in St. Louis, November 26, 1967, the daughter of Karen Parmer.

She enjoyed gardening and enjoying nature while sitting on the deck of her home overlooking the Meremec River. Most of all she cherished the time spent with her four granddaughters.

Paula was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Parmer; one daughter, Shelby Shinkle; one brother, Scott Michael Kloepper.

She is survived by her life partner David Kueneke of Pacific; two daughters, Sabrina Parmer-Shinkle of Sullivan, Sarah Kueneke of Eureka; one son, Nicholas Kueneke of Eureka; four granddaughters, Harmony, Charlotte, June, Luna; nephews; cousins and many friends.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
