Paul David Lay, 59, of Sullivan, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021, at his home.

On October 19, 1961, Paul was born to the union of William Lay and Crystal (Morrow) in Los Angeles.

Paul enjoyed fishing and working on cars. He was a collector of many things including baseball cards. He was a particularly good friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Crystal Lay; sister, Brenda Lay; uncle, Jerry Robinson and maternal grandfather, Harold Morrow.

Paul is survived by his significant other, Sheila Cummins of Sullivan; one son, Patrick White of Pennsylvania; brother, Billy Lay of California; two sisters, Virginia Canon and husband Reggie of Potosi and Terry Andre and husband Bernardo of Owensville; two grandchildren, Ethan and Lydia White.
