Patrick Michael Shaw, 79, of Cuba passed away Friday December 25, 2020 at his home.

On November 3, 1941 Patrick was born to the union of Patrick Myles Shaw and Mary (Dalton).

Patrick graduated from Cleveland Highschool in 1961 and went on to earn his bachelor's degree from SEMO.

On February 20 ,1964 Patrick was united in marriage to Ramona (Spickelmier) in Jackson, Missouri.

Patrick operated as an insurance agent at the American Family Insurance location in Cuba.

He served in the Air National Guard for six years. He served two terms as Alderman for the city of Cuba.

Patrick was a long-time member of the United Methodist Church of Cuba as well as a chairperson for the construction of the church itself. Patrick also served on other various committees.

Patrick was an avid fisherman and golfer. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife. Most of all Patrick loved his family.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Myles and Mary Shaw.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ramona Shaw of Cuba; two sons, Colin Michael Shaw of St. Louis and Patrick Myles Shaw II of St. Louis; one daughter, Anne (Shaw) Heinrich and husband Bret of Kirkwood; three grandchildren, Eleanor Anne (Heinrich) Watson and husband Nate of St. Louis, Harrison Bret Heinrich of Kirkwood and Charlotte Frances Heinrich of Kirkwood; other relatives and many friends.
