Patricia Marie Smith, 72, of Union passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024 in Sullivan.

Patricia, daughter of John and Josephine Pelligrinni was born April 17, 1951 in St. Louis.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, John and Josephine Pelligrinni; her husband, Leonard Smith and one brother, Michael Pelligrinni.

She is survived by two sons, Stacey Camden, and Anthony Camden and wife Yolanda; four siblings, Grace, Christine, Johnnie and Angelo; four grandchildren, Devin Camden, Brandon Camden, Ethan Camden and Logan Camden; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities are preferred.
