Pat Rector (Lewis), 66, of Sullivan passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 in Sullivan.

Pat, daughter of Bill Lewis and Mary Jane (Miller) was born July 20, 1953 in Washington.

She worked at Missouri Baptist in Sullivan as a Registered Nurse in OB Department the until 2004.

Pat was an avid Cardinal Fan, but most of all enjoyed being a wonderful grandmother to all her grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mary Jane Lewis and three siblings, Mary Sue Currie, Donna Kay Lewis and Bobby Lewis.

She is survived by two sons, William Rector of Troy and Chris Rector and fiancé Kelly Nie of Union; two siblings, Terry Sanders and husband Brad of Centralia, IL and James Lewis and wife Cheryl Miller of St. Clair; six grandchildren, Leah, Trinity, Raeghan, Christopher, Bayliegh and Emersyn; two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Nala; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to Grace's Place are preferred.
