Paris Joseph
Vig
November 5, 1967 – November 25, 2023
Paris Joseph Vig of Union, Missouri, was born in Los Angeles County, California on November 5, 1967; son of Joseph Vig and his wife, Tahirih (Mitchell). Paris passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the age of 56.
Paris and Christi Dinet met in July of 1998 and were married February 23rd, 2003. They have celebrated 25 years together. In 1998, Paris turned his life over to God. Paris was so inspiring to others and his church community. His love for God was contagious and he was not afraid or ashamed to show it. During church services, he could be heard shouting an "amen" or "hallelujah" and raising his hands in praise. Paris loved to worship. He was such a kind, loving person and it was such an honor for all who knew him.
Paris loved his job as a fire sprinkler installer/machinist. When he would talk about his job, he would say "saving lives and property is what I do." Christi always got a kick out of it and adored his sense of humor and passion. He always seemed to have a smile on his face. He was such a generous, loyal, humble, football loving, and protective husband, father, friend, and so much more.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Tahirih Vig; one daughter, Elizabeth Rose Vig.
Paris is survived by his wife, Christi Dinet; two children, Paris Joseph Vig, II and Raquel Vig; three siblings, Peter Vig, Tahirih Bush and Juliet Vig; two grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
