Pamela Jean (Francis) Mills of St. Clair, MO passed away peacefully Thursday, June 27, 2024 surrounded by her family at the age of 61 years.   Pamela was born June 6, 1963 in St. Louis, MO; the daughter of Richard Francis and his wife, Patricia (Sanderson).

She was united in marriage to Brian Mills on November 6, 2005 in St. Clair, MO. She was a member of St. Clair Christian Church.   Pamela was happiest at home and loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her beloved grandchildren.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Patricia Francis; one brother, Steve Francis; and one sister, Stephanie Francis.

She is survived by her husband, Brian Mills of St. Clair; one son, Brian Andrew Mills and significant other, Maggie Hopkins of St. Clair; two daughters: Valerie Terry and husband Joe of Kansas City, MO, and Tiffany Hoke and husband Justin of St. Clair; seven grandchildren: Quinn Alexander, Zoe Bailey, Valerie Hoke, Jeremiah Hoke, Isaac Hoke, Nathan Hoke, and Silas Hoke; and many other relatives and friends.
