Norma L. DeClue nee Whitson, 77 of St. Clair passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in Washington.

Mrs. DeClue, daughter of Lyle "Bud" Whitson and wife Nadine nee Adkins was born March 1, 1939 in Casey, Illinois.

She was the Co-Owner of DeClue's Tree Service serving a main role in the business's day to day operations.

Mrs. DeClue was preceded in death by her parents, Lyle "Bud" and Nadine Whitson; her husband, Ralph DeClue; her son, Richard DeClue; her daughter, Sherry Hardin; step-son, David DeClue; two step-daughters, Denise DeClue and Deborah DeClue and one sister, Joyce Finney.

She is survived by two sons, Phillip Perry Hardin and fiancé Patricia Wilson of St. Clair and Terry Hardin of Tennessee; two step-sons, Ralph DeClue and wife Tina of Imperial and Darrell DeClue and wife Tammy of Fenton; one sister, Connie Forbes of Tennessee; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
