Noene Major Allen nee Ray, 80 of Union passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013 in Union.

Mrs. Major Allen, daughter of the late Frank Ray and wife Hazel nee Fitzgerald was born May 17, 1933 in Salem.

She owned and operated Peoples Hotel in Washington with her husband Walter.

Mrs. Major Allen was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Walter Major; her second husband, Billy Allen; her daughter, Linda Wymer; two brothers, Kenneth Ray and Jack Ray and one sister, Gloria Cleone Ray.

She is survived by two sons, John Major and wife Lynne of Washington and Charlie Major and wife Sherry of Union; seven grandchildren, Mandy, Phyllis, Tiffany, Alicia, Chad, Courtney and Wendy; seventeen great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
