Neva Nevoline Allen nee Brannum, 90, of Washington passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014 in Washington. Mrs. Allen, daughter of the late Arthur Brannum and wife Ollie Marie nee Brown was born January 3, 1924 in Butler County, Missouri. Mrs. Allen was of the Christian Faith and member of The United Methodist Church, Washington. She enjoyed life to it's fullest with dancing, card playing and bowling. She was a very social person always spending time with friends at the Washington Senior Center. Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Choyes Brannum, Waren Brannum and Loyd Brannum and two sisters, Alma Wheelis and Gladys Hilterbrand. She is survived by three daughters, Delores Wellington and husband George of Collins, MO, Wanda Kraft and husband George of Clinton, MO and Donna McFarland and husband Gary of Union; one brother, Gene Brannum of Fisk, MO; two sisters, Lucille Wheelis and husband Odgen of Poplar Bluff and Ann McElroy and husband Don of Illinois; eleven grandchildren, Deborah Shipman, L. Michael Davis, Robert Kraft, Steven Huckleberry, Charles Huckleberry, Jennifer Reed, Samual Wellington, Bree Champagne, Shane Becker, Travis McFarland and Shanna Elbert; eighteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; special friend Al Rutsch; other relatives and many friends.
