Monty Ray Perkins Sr. of Eureka, MO passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the age of 74 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett Perkins and Clara (Lindemann) Spradling.

He is survived by his wife, Ronda Perkins of Eureka; one son, Monty Perkins Jr. and wife Nancy of Eureka; two daughters: Lesley Wokoske and husband David of Pensacola, FL, and Monica Perkins and significant other, Joe Zarzaur of Pensacola Beach, FL; two brothers: Thomas Perkins and wife Karla of St. Clair, and Mickey Perkins and wife Terri of St. Clair; one sister, Darlene Leroney of St. Clair; eight grandchildren: Joseph (Emma) Sedlock, Madeline Sedlock, David (Anna) Sedlock, Benjamin Wokoske, Hannah Hildebrand, Lucas Hildebrand, Liam Hildebrand, and Monty Perkins III; one great-granddaughter, Juniper Sedlock; and many other relatives and friends.

A Private Committal Service will be held at Midlawn Memorial Gardens in Union, MO.
