Michael Joseph Zehnder, 52, of Richwoods, passed away at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur, on Sunday, October 23, 2022.

Michael was born to the union of Joseph Zehnder and wife, Maria (Ready), on  June 23, 1970,  in St. Louis.

He was united in marriage to Selena Beelman on August 26, 1995 in Sunset Hills.

Michael had a love for the outdoors.  He enjoyed floating on the Huzzah River, camping, collecting guns  and deer hunting.  Although he was a not a veteran, he was very patriotic and loved his country.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Maria Zehnder; his best friend from childhood, Lenny.

Michael is survived by his wife, Selena Zehnder: one son, Andrew Zehnder of Richwoods: one daughter, Carissa Zehnder of Richwoods; two sisters, Christina Miller and husband Roy of Robertsville, Deborah Hastings and husband Aaron of Robertsville; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins and many friends.

Private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
